ikacore player info search works for some, not others

I click to get info on some players and everything works as it should. All their towns and scores quickly show up. Then on some other players, I click and it takes a while to do the search and never gives me any info at all once it finally completes the search. This is even happening on some players that the script used to work on. What gives? Do I have a setting wrong or something?

I have mainly noticed this works on players that are in Alliances and does not work on players that are not in alliances.

I think it has something to do with the account being indexed or not.

it happens to newbies (usually under 500 points) and to some random persons.

After tests, it happened to my own account after I changed my name.

so I believe it's all about the account being indexed on Ika-core or not.

There could be other causes I am not aware of but they are the only two I know of.

Happens to a bunch of players. Of all sizes. Might be the Alliance thing though. Going to check that out.

I am still still sticking with alliance vs non-alliance members but will also concede to the indexing but I have had a member (not in an alliance) on my island for 4 weeks now and he is still not indexed when they should have been by now so I am still saying non-alliance members do not work for some reason.

A newbie on my island is indexed, and he has no alliance... I don't think alliance is the problem, maybe just a trigger (like entering or leaving an alliance could unindex you until next indexing.)

Sometimes players change names, sometime they change name with strange characters so you cannot find them easily.
For example instead of using 'o' letter they use the '0' zero letter.
There are regular players that do this on a daily basis.

If ika-core didnt show anything means something went wrong in the search, if you do not get a response at all try the search again.

As I mentioned before I seem to hav a problem with new players (still under godly protection) and those that loose it from going to level 4+ on my island that do not show up in the Search.

I can search for them times a day for 10 days and it will never show them - and 99% of the time they are not in an alliance either - when they get into an alliance 99% of time they will start showing up in the search.

Not to be a dick but I believe he'd know if he had a "avoid non-alliance players" filter on his indexing tool...
I'm saying we are wasting our time on the alliance part..
