Hi !

Thanks all for this project ! and all news functions !

I have a problem with the export to excel function, I obtain a 45ko .xls file, totally blank. no data.

It happens with player search resuslts and alliance search resuslts on ikariam.fr.

I have a similar problem.
When i search for f.e. idler's in radius 10 it show me 5 pages of results, but when i export it to excel i only have first page, and it is without images links etc.
f.e.

it only exports the current page,
and does not export links, only data.

excel is not a webbrowers, if you want links html is the key.

excel =spreadsheet (purpose is for calculations)

Can be added option to export all of the pages?? And can be exportet html data??

okay for the information that it currently export only the viewed page, but the exportation is giving a blank excel spreadsheat !

tested with excel mac, excel windows and numbers mac... same result, blank sheet...

dunno why, but it's a malfunction.

i have the same problem with export. No info in the excel.

The export to excel button creates a POST request to 'http://www.ika-core.org/search/savetoexcel.php' with the contents of the nfotable created by ika-core.
The error must be on the php script.
The xls is not blank, It returns: !!!!!???

There are some open source projects on converting html to excel e.x. http://code.google.com/p/php-excel/

If it is not possible for the admin to change the php script the only solution a user can use is to harvest the table manually.
You can try OutWit Hub Mozilla plugin that harvests tables in excel form.
