I have same problem!
I noticed that onn my islands with wine it is working well, but on the other island with stone, kristall and schwefel it is not working.

I just got the following idea.
Maybe not so big improvement itself, but nice featrure to have.
Would be nice to see all currently remaining Action Points for all towns at the screen.

but still we have to change always some settings.
Or I am comletly wrong ???
